What was wrong
Luke and I are both deep in the AI space, and we kept noticing the same gap: how far AI has come versus how little of it smaller businesses actually use.
What I made
Our first client is a construction company. We built them a contract analyzer: it reads a contract, writes a summary, and gives them a way to keep track of all of it without doing it by hand.
The hard part
The hard part isn't the model. It's finding the work inside a business that quietly eats hours, and being specific about which hours you're giving back.

It's early, and it's still a side business while I'm in school.
